Spirit of Medicine Campaign

As a nationally and locally recognized leader in physician health, we believe that providing exceptional peer assistance to colleagues in need throughout Colorado without charge is fundamental to our mission. We are also an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of the medical and business communities to meet the growing demand for CPHP services by Colorado physicians, residents, medical students, physician assistants and physician assistant students.

In order to maintain the highest level of assistance for our clients, as well as fund educational, outreach and research projects, CPHP encourages and accepts financial contributions and in-kind donations. Many individuals, hospitals, medical groups, community organizations, insurers and businesses already support the critical role CPHP plays in preserving physician health and the safe practice of medicine in Colorado.

Donations to the Spirit of Medicine Campaign provide much-needed support to sustain CPHP’s mission. Specific areas where these funds may be utilized include:

How To make a Donation:

In order to donate to the Spirit of Medicine campaign, there are several ways to advance CPHP’s important mission of promoting the health and well-being of Colorado physicians, residents, medical students, physician assistants and physician assistant students.

Give a gift to CPHP’s Spirit of Medicine Campaign:

To make a donation you may click the icon above and give with your Visa or Mastercard, or print out and complete a Donation/Pledge Form and give using a check. Please make your check or money order payable to Colorado Physician Health Program (CPHP), and mail to:

LivingWell Giving Society:

CPHP recognizes a special group of donors who choose to make multi-year pledges to CPHP. To become a member of the LivingWell Giving Society, please review the levels of giving on the Donation/Pledge Form , complete and submit this form. We will gladly contact you about the benefits and features of this important way to grow CPHP’s general operations.

Eternal Life Legacy Program:

Various planned or deferred giving options allow you to ensure the long-term financial health of CPHP. These include bequests, life insurance agreements, charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder unitrusts, charitable gift annuities and gifts of stock, bonds, mutual funds or property. Making an in-kind donation and/or volunteer technical support:
