Fees:

• CPHP’s direct services are free to physicians and physician assistants who are licensed in Colorado.
• For students and residents, CPHP contracts with several programs to provide free services for those in Training Program.
• Those not licensed in Colorado may be able to obtain services for a fee.
• If a client is referred to treatment/evaluation outside of CPHP, financial arrangements are for the client to manage. CPHP does not coordinate with insurance companies regarding payment; however we will review your provider list and can possibly make recommendations from your list.
